Gentle, therapeutic yoga is a practice of homecoming, of reconnecting to our ‘felt sense’ of safety, which is a birthright. We come into the present moment. We reconnect with our inherent wholeness and goodness. Through befriending the body, we can observe the changing conditions of comfort and discomfort with awareness and kindness. In the process, we find a source of freedom by choosing how to respond to life as it’s arising. Right here. Right now.
